Richard Spoor Inc. attorneys is a dynamic public interest law firm specialising in constitutional law, administrative law, land rights, occupational health and safety matters and class actions

We invite applications from suitably qualified law graduates for a paralegal to join the firm in its class action practice.

Requirements

  • An LLB degree/paralegal diploma
  • Good oral and written skills in English
  • Meticulous organisational skills
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Advantages: Written and verbal proficiency in one or more official South African languages

Responsibilites

  • Support attorneys with class action litigation
  • Conduct consultations
  • Conduct field-work
  • Report writing
  • Assist with overall client engagement relating to a specific class action
